Write letter to all the tenants reminding them that grease, hygiene products, etc should not be flushed or put down the drain. 

Save for hygiene, don’t take looks into consideration.  

When working with lead I used proper equipment, HEPA filters with a properly fitted half-face mask, and used excellent hygiene (washing/showering, not eating, not smoking, careful handling and so on) and still became lead poisoned. 

However, my student loan payments from dental hygiene school are limiting my investing power.

And manufacturers should come up with biodegradable feminine hygiene products.

This is could be a marketing opportunity for multfamily investors to highlight their hygiene and safety considerations maybe by adding sanitizer, sanitzing wipes and other measures to common areas as hygiene amenities... just a thought.
