These currently aren't fancy units.- Value add - When building additional units, what steps should be taken to determine how many can be built?

We use all these fancy numbers and metrics to say whats a good or bad market but end of day, all that jazz is just our way of trying to put "where people want to live" into math.

Some people like to have freedom to do what they want, some like to buy fancy cars, some don’t want to have to work for someone else, some want to prove they can go from nothing to something, some are just competitive.

What they don't get is I have those because I made a decision to put my money towards those and didn't do X, Y and Z that they did (eg a fancy vacation every year). 

All the other fancy ways people try and get creative with owning something typically only costs you money and provides zero benefit. 

They were so traumatized by it that years later at a restaurant they wouldn't pay an extra 30 cents for blue cheese salad dressing.

There was a glut in wineries not long back when The Australian dollar was high and people who once couldn't get enough of Australian wine suddenly turned back to relatively cheaper and more fancy sounding French and Italian plonk, combined with the change in regulation in the Chinese wine market that killed it as a business drink.

Everyone wants to live in the fancy areas with great climates and arts and nightlife and low cost of living and everything else, and it's just not reality.  

Inside mounts look cleaner and you can still add decorative window dressings.
