I agree with what everyone else has said, those figures seem extremely high.

Im not an STR SME - I would check with Mike Savage and Dan Rivers - theyre the local experts on STRs.

I would recommend starting in your backyard and hone your skills if its possible, I know some markets have an extreme HCOL which may make it unfavorable in your case.
