Looking for help and suggestions- I want to say I have learned my lesson and now know to use a third party to hold funds.This is my first time working with a private lender/family member.

( I was in the deed.)The reason I am concerned to tie another person’s property up  with the lease option is that people can change their mind, as in the seller.  

During the meeting attorney suggests they have a “great” case, and they should move forward by filing an immediate injunction to “freeze” assets.

But I’d suggest with inflation eating at your returns I’d still try to get 10, even if it takes longer.
