Now here is some advice many will disagree with me on but I firmly committed to this:  Most people that use a VA loan shouldn't.  

I disagree with you regarding materials, however.

Removing all skills from the equation, if you don't take a break from participating as a real estate investor in some way each day, you will stay far ahead of everyone else who keeps subbing themselves out and then asking to get back in when the game is already out of reach.I respectfully and emphatically disagree.

For any investors in the group, take a peak at #10 Greensboro/High PointIt's an interesting choice of verbiage to look at "median" sale price YoY because 10% feels like A LOT on the entry-level/investment inventory, and more of what I see in the high-end resale and, specifically, new construction inventory that tends to swing our avg's way up in the macro.Completely disagree that rent will be 0%.

What I disagree with is VRBO's blanketed take on pricing when it comes from a 3rd Party, which is something that was mentioned on the phone today. 

I don't disagree that Airbnb claims can be difficult but this is all very common in the industry.

@Mark FergusonI'm not disagreeing with you really at  all.I'm not talking about teaching a segment of real estate, but the entire spectrum of the basics of real estate which is pretty much what you had to study to become a licensee.
