Hey everyone,As 2024 comes to a close, I wanted to share my experience managing a 3-flat in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago during my first year as a landlord.

My dream to own a hotel one day. 

THE VISION: With 130 units and 8 buildings plus a wedding and event venue, our vision includes revamping this space into a dream hotel.

However, to someone who is currently priced out of the condo, SF, and MF market in most cities, this is a dream come true.Open to Feedback.

No it's your friends boomer parents giving the downpayment to your Gen Z/millennial friend to buy that house to their newlywed son with their new daughter in law/wife being emotional and running up the price because it's a "dream" house.

Ideally, my dream is to have a condo in my favorite neighborhood of Chicago (Lake View).I'm 24 years old.
