Being there and in that environment is more important than trying to wedge your way into a company that might not be hiring. 

Therefore, an environment that attracts new companies is critical.

Germany's resilience to global financial crises and its strong fiscal policies create a favorable environment for real estate investment.Moreover, interest rates in Germany remain at historically low levels, largely due to the European Central Bank's monetary policies.

Don't forget 5) principle paydown and 6) leveraged returns, among others.Owning real assets in this inflationary environment is key to growing wealth, and real estate is the best asset available (in my biased opinion) :) . 

Mortgage rates could begin declining in small increments.Investor takeaway: This is an ideal environment to lock in deals early before rates drop further.

And it's very pertinent to today's environment because it doesn't look like interest rates will be coming down much, if at all this year.

Not having the latter I find myself on a journey to build a portfolio not just for wealth's sake, but to move the proverbial needle on beautiful design and provide a more pleasant built environment for all!

It's a ridiculous mandate by the legislators who thinks they'll save the environment on the back of tax payers.my point stands.
