That's the key component that is usually missing when I hear other entrepreneurs/investors say they don't like QBO.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.

@James Carlson You probably already know my thoughts on STRs vis a vis 'affordable housing' :-)But this is going to play out as it will, and ultimately even Gov't intervention/restriction will fall to the power of the free market, so we'll see how it goes.I wish the property owners and entrepreneurs well, although some of them will learn that 'elections have consequences' as 44 so famously said.

If you’re have ambition either for a career as a management/ professional/ entrepreneur or becoming a real property investor then you’re going to bat with 2 strikes.  

It is very embarrassing to admit that a woman who has been an entrepreneur, taught college, and accomplished a few things in life, could be so totally taken in.

All of you have great summaries of what real estate investment groups are about; people who run or own them and their guests run it to better themselves by selling overpriced, overused, outdated material directed to the uneducated people who dream of being real estate entrepreneurs.  

I'm a decent and fair guy so I appreciate the entrepreneur spirit, but to take free of charge is THEFT.
