Here's the backdrop....For the past 20yrs I've ran a residential design/build company. 10yrs ago I was able to get into REI and now have 6 properties total (2 personally (1-ABNB / 1-SFH LTR)/ 4 (LTRs) in a LLC with a partner), and manage 2 additional properties as the property manager. 2yrs ago I decided to drop the building side of design/build, and now I just do architectural design and REI.

We’ve settled on one brand and color my contractor likes from Home Depot that’s mid range priced and is easy to work with and looks elegant.

Do you think that because they prefer fuel efficiently and elegant look maybe (?!!)

My first reaction would do a more elegant/stylish balustrade, which would IMMEDIATELY set your unit apart from all the others, since interiors are how you're competing. 

It has an elegant calendar view that shows you exactly what it's doing to your price for any given day.

Have you found an elegant case to organize all your cylinders and keys and such?
