The best way to confirm is to discuss with the lender exactly for their specific underwriting. 

I recommend discussing your strategy & financing with a lender to make sure you could qualify for both FHA and then an investment property loan.

Before I go further with discussions I wanted to see if anybody had any suggested loan types/lenders.
