Is there anything you wish you had known when you began your real estate career? 

I am currently serving in the United States Air Force, so as a military member, I will be moving around during my career. 

Early on in my career, I saw a close frend do something similar.. she borrowed from her circle to finance a rural fixer-upper, then paid them back once she refinanced after the rehab.I’m guessing that massive yard plus the barn is already a big selling point for your tenant, especially with a family that wants a little extra room for animals.

I was a college athlete whenever I learned about BiggerPockets and really started my investing career.

Great start to your career and I am sure your a big inspiration to the young investors who yearn to be landlords.

I’ve never actually been legally owed money before so I was green on how to handle things while trying to be understanding and respecting other lifestyles and career choices.

Selling PT is very difficult and as a young student it will be difficult to find much success.

Of course, live wherever you want, if you see that storms are becoming difficult, it is easier to sell one home and move.
