I know their despair and I never want anyone to think that they are alone in this world .i tried being selfish but I can't leave my friends alone .

But don't despair because although this is the case when you look at it myopically, in reality most investors go into multiple deals accumulating 100s of thousands of passive activity losses in their first few years investing.

@Vincent PirroneIve recently been in the exact same shoes of despair as you currently are, so I’ve had to stop and take stock of why I keep ‘failing’ or feeling like a failure.

May be it wasn't your intent, but all I see about hounding the lower class into total despair from one political side seems to be echoed by the thinking we could require tenants to have a job.
