Are you going to pay the corporate tax in California?

Some apartments are open to "corporate" housing.#5  Airbnb -  Do NOT mention "airbnb".   

Could it be considered piercing the corporate veil if the mortgage for the property is in your personal name but the deed is in the name of the LLC? 

The official answer: The Corporate Transparency Act is intended to provide law enforcement with beneficial ownership information for the purpose of detecting, preventing and punishing terrorism, money laundering and other misconduct through business entities.Uncle Sugar requires us little guys to register and be tracked even though 99.999% of us are not involved in terrorism, money laundering, or other misconduct.

However, it restricts corporate growth.Syndication, on the other hand, involves several investors funding larger deals.

I was referred to the actual developer, Rebar Development, by City of Fishers and am waiting to hear back from their Corporate Counsel.

While I do maintain a relatively modest percentage of my assets in money market instruments, corporate debt funds, and high dividend stocks, I remain most comfortable with the investments I specialize in and know best.
