Look for your states offer to purchase contract online or contact a realtor to get a blank copy. review the agreement to be sure assignment is not expressly excluded. if there is nothing excluding assignment from the contract then writing the words "/And or Assigns" after the name or company's name on the buyer's line should be sufficient.Good luck!

For most, this isn't a realistic option so they update some of the most important regions themselves and copy the data from other providers where they don't have coverage.This is a big problem with these big consumer-grade real estate analytics platforms—you don't really know the source of that data, its frequency, etc.

.- If you chose to set up your LLC as a pass-thru entity, then you will need to supply your SSN.FYI - to avoid getting nasty letters from the IRS about errors (which might cause us to be audited), we will ask for a copy of your EIN assignment letter or a copy of your SSN card to confirm those numbers.
