You seem to think that the long term supply and demand fundamentals have changed and it will continue to appreciate ... you are local so I concede that you may be seeing things that I as an outsider looking in am not.

Friday, the 19th came, and my wife and I did exactly that, we signed and closed on our end of the deal.The sellers did not close of course, and later that day to get a deal done, I decided to concede some of my commission to get the lawyer to, in good faith, submit the contract for approval.

Wow....this charges are ridiculous..... when I see that type of stuff I truly think the PM is "fishing" and hoping that the tenant will just concede since some may think they have no rights and wont put out the effort to fight the charges.I had a landlord do the same to me when I was a renter.....

Seller will lose the house to foreclosure if I don't purchase by Oct 6 so I'm surprised they won't concede but in the meantime the basement just flooded so I'm ready to walk away.  

She obviously disclosed that information to the selling agent then they conspired (I'll concede to providing me with "misinformation"). 

But don't concede control in the process of doing that...DO NOT GIVE A RENT DISCOUNT...... this will only give them leverage to try and squeeze in other things that may generate a reduction in rent.

Look even if you are right about the value, then you must concede the sellers are not seeing reality. 

Our systems are good (there is always room for improvement, that Ill concede to).I do agree with your philosophy of having ones cake and eating it too... the day job is good, and Ill keep it... for awhile anyway.

There is a difference between conceding and being reasonable.
