Sorry I only read a fraction of what you just posted … bc damn … lots of unnecessary commentary But I do understand Search volume managing hundreds of thousands of dollars per year in google ad spend and seo for major organizations If the volume isn’t high enough than you aren’t going to get meaningful traffic to drive conversionsIf there are 20 people searching per month and 10 convert and they are qualified and that’s all you need then great But the fact that you are screenshotting hundreds of form submissions is suspect and misleading to those who don’t understand hence the reason why I’d love too see your GA Good luck out there 

Don't need the personal commentary, and I'm open to criticism.

If only the people asking these would SEARCH the forums first to either:A) Find this post and know to not askB) Find any of the multitudes of posts that attempt to give an answer to those questions.And I love any of the ones around LLCs, bank accounts, what should I name my LLC, should I register in WY, etc...Lastly, while I get the point of #4, I have to say, if these were a real question, I would be less apt to ignore it, since presumably some amount of work as gone into understanding real estate enough to put together a business plan AND there is something tangible to provide commentary on.

But if they converted to investment anytime prior to today they are outside the 5 year look back and would have to 1031 if they want to sell and not pay tax.I just saw the end of summer comment buried in the commentary.
