Homes sales are the lowest they have been in over 10 years now at this point here in Co Springs.  

Hopefully you learn that RE can be a weakth creator even if this is more of a learning property.

A lot of the podcast episodes from the early 2010s were based on that market at the time, biased both temporally in favor of the early 2010s, and geographically in favor of Colorado.

I know I could have a family member co-sign a mortgage with me but not sure the best way to approach that conversation and what incentives I’d be able to offer to make it worth while for them other then their “familial duties” haha.
