So I looked into 35-12A-1, this seems to deal with Tenants who have abandoned the Mobile Home/Trailer, either TOH or POH, and not with Tenants who are still inhabiting the Mobile Home/Trailer.  

Found out the home was inhabitable.  

I am currently working overseas in Bahrain as a civilian defense contractor and won't be back in the US until at least the end of the year, if not much later.

In NYC, there's what is called a Letter of No Harassment which must be on record from tenants since often the owner wants to kick out inhabitants to renovate and boost rent and their profit.

He rents from his former neighbor for 500 a month and still works hard everyday but imagine waking up and seeing the house you worked to build for 24 years just being inhabited by a family that isn't yours.

I have personally assumed a VA loan as a civilian without entitlement. 

I am primarily concerned it is a matter of inhabitability if no usable shower is available for 3 days and that could hold up in court if they chose to go that far to get full days rent off.

I concur 100% that it is an underutilized resource with it numerous benefits compared to, “civilian, conventional loans.”
