I hope that you can distinguish between those that are practitioners wanting to help and those that are professionals with something to sell here.

A common rebuttal to this is that some people think your time is better spent managing the deals and rehabs instead of spending time doing the repairs yourself (which I don't disagree with), but I believe if you get your hands dirty at least once you will be a much better BRRRR practitioner- able to see where profits can be made and corners can be cut.

A multi-accountant firm might be more likely to have practitioners that specialize in your various areas of business, whereas a solo shop may be much more limited.

I'm a nurse practitioner looking to diversify her portfolio and get into the world of real estate.

We've rented to a couple of Physical Therapists, a Nurse Practitioner, an Optometrist and currently have a travel nurse and her digital nomad finacee in our 1/1 unit. 

It should be from a local to that person's mental health practitioner or physician.

Within five years my wife plans to own her own counseling practice and I plan to be working as a Nurse Practitioner.
