I'm constantly printing stuff for real estate but realize I need something better than my pixma canon especially since the cartridges cost $50I've heard good things about Brother Laser printers.

hmmm would it be possible to simply turn off that valve and then change the cartridge for the bathroom fixture, or if I pulled the cartridge out of the hot water fixture would ti leak cold water.

(This from the person-me-who is a bit annoyed her PM charged her $750 to replace a cartridge in a tap and the same thing happened less than 2 months later-still waiting on an answer if it was the same faucet the second time or just bad luck.)

The main difference is the internal parts that are more often brass or ceramic valves that are meant to run for thousands of cycles and have warranty to replace any faulty cartridge parts. 

Less time(1hr), money,and gas running to the store for cartridges and paper that cost more than $5.

The replacement cartridges can be pricey however you can get chlorine tablets for pool use and use them instead at a very low cost.

I'm sure I could change the cartridge and rings inside to fix, but I could also purchase a brand new faucet for under $50, too.
