At this stage in my life, these equity plays are more impactful than holding onto a property for a couple hundred dollars of monthly cash flow.What’s your take?

Owen,  Pursuing a career as a realtor can be incredibly rewarding, but it's not as simple as it may seem, especially in the early stages.

At this stage, I am interested in house hacking, short-term rentals, and residential assisted living (though I hope to continue to learn more about other opportunities as well).I appreciate this community and the opportunity to learn from others.

I'm definitely in the learning stages and  you've given me lots to learn about. 

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

At this stage in the game I'd say as a general rule skip the mentorships and gurus. 

If that's not the case here, can you terminate the agreement without penalty at this stage?

To build momentum in real estate, focus on defining your strategy, leveraging your current property, and prioritizing cash flow, especially in the early stages.

I don’t have a problem paying a couple grand to remove some of the just figure it out stage of learning and utilizing expertise of people that already do it. 

I feel like i am in this awkward in the middle stage where I still need to work my corporate job, but right on the cusp to make real estate my fulltime job.
