Frankly, unless you are inheriting millions this is probably not feasible however it will help get you on the right path.Some things to consider (in the form of questions for you to meditate on):- How is your current financial foundation?

While meditating this morning (I'm trying out the miracle morning routine recommended by the latest podcast, committing myself to it for at least 30 days), one question came across my mind.

Do it in a spreadsheet rather than online or an app, the process of completing it by hand is meditative & encourages one to think and focus.

If you read that slowly, to digest and meditate upon it along the way (and take notes), it may take a week.

Something like that happens and you find a community like Bigger Pockets, you seek mentors and advice, you find books you never looked for like Meditations by Marcus Aurelius.

@Shanequa J.Chris Mason  Even if its deemed a breach the damage is done... and you would spend a ton of dough getting this in front of a trier of fact.IN our Oregon standard forms any disputes must go to meditation.. so maybe that's the next step but you will still spend about 5k on mediation.you can also make a claim against the against E and O  that would be a proper step as well. and if he works for a brokerage I would be all over the supervising broker.

It takes me a lot of prayer and meditation to center myself to see what is first.
