DALLE-2 was software that could generate new artwork and images based on the entry of a text description, often rendered in impeccable detail.

Living rooms and kitchens are filled with guy related artwork. 

I've also started clearing the house of all the artwork that you see in the current photos and have restaged my niece's room so that it looks more spacious and less personal.   

Also you should put up some artwork on the walls. 

Stage the rooms with the paneling in "farmhouse" type stuff, even a few pieces or artwork propped up will help.

There is a washer and dryer.Things like the Smart TV, wifi, outdoor grill, firepit, horse shoe pit, nude female artwork in the bedrooms, etc. are just bonus things above and beyond staying in a motel room.
