Airbnb cancelled the reservation the day before our guests' arrival, after we explicitly told them that we would not budge on our STRICT cancellation policy. 

Especially now that consumer awareness and knowledge is at an all time high, expect the consumer to arrive at this same conclusion and ultimately demand this.

There should be a day in the future where you can whip out a purchase contract and fill it out with the seller on the first appointment.that day arrived many moons ago.. 

It's great to have goals, but how did you arrive at 100 doors over such a long period of time?

If you bought the certificate from the state for the full amount quoted to you, you must contact the state and get the calculations of how they arrived at that number.

When I first arrived and invested on the Pacific Coast in 2018 it was still relatively unknown to investors and vacation rental investors.

I arrived at the next stop with 48 minutes to spare.

You can find comparable sales in 2017 and use that dollar/acre figure to arrive at the fair market value then. 

I put myself through so much anguish leading up to the moment for fear of the response and once it arrived, it wasn’t even that big of a deal.
