For this situation, how would you navigate finding out information while interviewing tenants like: where are you from, how old are you generally, where did you go to school, what do you like to do for fun, do you have a SO who will be over often, do you cook a lot, etc.?

Having a lot of fun doing it now.

Most important of all, make sure you are having fun doing all this and that you really enjoy it.
