I vetted you 2+ years ago, after hearing your affiliation with Avery Carl's STR nonsense if I am remembering correctly-- I dropped all interest. 

With todays AI bots like Chat GBT and their competitors, you can draft an email in seconds and then there are lots of affiliate email companies that will blast email, text lists that you compile. 

NAR has affiliates they partner with to sell everything under the sun to new agents at trade shows.

I am writing this because I appreciated the call and while I have no affiliation with them or have experience working with this company nor have I invested with them - they answered the phone immediately.

You can search this company on the web, but there is ZERO mention of his name in affiliation with the company. 

I am affiliation-free, you won't find many on here like that so I can actually write that.

Including being affiliated with the same company they both funnel students to in order to overcharge them for services they don't need.
