Investor-focused stats on the Sarasota and Manatee County real estate market.- How much of a buyer market are we in?

New to real estate I hope I can learn about the market on here.

Is there way to direct market to these types of individuals?    

To be honest in today’s market I’m not seeing nearly the amount of wiggle room in renegotiating a price based on repairs.

There's plenty of information on how to find a good market with a quality property manager.

I'm in the Atlanta market, and with hard money loan fees and agent fees (5.5%), I've found it extremely challenging to find a profitable flip.

I’m looking into the flipping market and trying to understand more about it since that’s what I want to focus on and do in my life.

Their children (now in their late 40s) inherited the house, but they have not listed it on the market, and I heard that neither is willing to move into it from their current setup, so the property has been sitting vacant.

I’m new to REI and plan to invest locally in the Houston market.

Over this time I have acquired my contractor team and have vetted them through my job as a property manager, figured out my strategy(Off Market/Deep buying) and location.
