When we list and rent the unit, my fee is 1/2 month and the rental side is 1/2 month, but paid by the renter in NJ.I would not sign anything that they get a cut if the tenant buys the place.

Two things I have seen, one form of Gator lending is indeed loaning money to wholesalers for EMD for a cut of the action.. either interest rate or profit whatever they can all negotiate.

I'm just saying that alot of risk can be limited by placing yourself in situations where it's generally safer.Anyone can go certainly go postal anywhere, but it's extremely rare and usually in places that are densely crowded and acutally it seems like alot of mass shootings have been white men so great point.
