We are accepting term sheets for a bride from Construction to Perm.

It was available on MLS, we made an offer under-asking on Friday, they accepted it Monday.

I found several lots but my offers were never accepted.

Are they along the lines of what you would see in a Zillow Zestimate or different to  significant degree?

Getting sellers to accept half-price offers wasn’t as easy as they say.

Owner sat on the offer for a week or so and then I got a call that they accepted. 

Like any state or federal government, something happens and they swing way to far in the other direction,I applied for licensing in california and they will not accept federal fingerprints.

The auction will often take place at the property although these days that's usually combined with an online auction that starts up to 2 days before the final bid is accepted.
