I think there are plenty of videos to learn from on YouTube about co-hosting and STR management.

I am currently doing my studies(youtube) in wholesaling.

I’d say that attending a training seminar/mentor/YOUTUBE videos, etc and trying to put a deal together based on that information makes putting the deal together a one in a hundred shot.  

I hear you - I've invested countless hours in youtube videos and podcasts trying to sock up as much information as I can Haha, I usually have them playing at 1.5-2 times speed and sometimes need to skip through certain parts to avoid the fluff.

Watch a show like "straight outta compin" (corny) on YouTube they do a pretty good job of answering questions about running comps and analyzing marketsDon't boil the ocean: Come up with a plan for your real estate investing business then Pick a strategy and go a mile deep!

I'm not a huge fan of it personally but lots love it, check out Pace Morby on youtube.

You can watch countless hours of free YouTube videos to learn about any subject you are interested in when it comes to short term or mid term rentals. 

I like BNBCalc because you can set up defaults and plug properties in much faster than a spreadsheet, adjust them more efficiently, and know there isn't a formula error creeping around in the background from a typo.Regarding how to roll up your sleeves and dig into comparables, John Bianchi has a video series on YouTube that's an MBA in forecasting STR income.
