It's in a beautiful area and my backyard backs into a beautiful winery and government-owned land. 

I just bought my first home with a nice 1.5 acres near lots of great wineries in central Washington.

I would like to just add a few things for the FWIW files.Having been around this industry all my life I have seen most of the coachs and Know many personallyDave Del Dotto owns some really cool winery  in Napa and one happens to be across the street from my house ( I have since sold and moved) So I have shared a glass or two with him over the years as he regaled me in the start up phase of teaching real estate on TV etc etc.I have funded deals for most every trainers students as I fund in about 20 some states..

Not so much so with the wineries though…

One of his Wineries was across the street from my home I would take visiting friends over for wine tasting and if he was there we would talk RE.. 

All of our new projects include a unique mix of boutique hotels, micro-wineries, theme restaurants and destination spas .

My husband has a winery.

The property in question was a winery that was opening well below it's market value.

We will do a local winery red and white or a local brewery growler with root beer etc.

We've structured construction loans on deals in Charlottesville where the investor replaces a mobile with a modular in desirable locations near a winery.
