I recently had a client purchase a duplex in Forest Park here in the western suburbs with this exact plan in mind.

I've been on the western slope for over 30 yrs.I built my primary, its; Slab on grade, stucco, concrete roof, painted with E-84n roof soffits and tailings fire caulk (anti-ember) vulcan fire vents, 4 car wide concrete driveway, extra large house numbers, red 3/4" hoses on reals @every corner, completely denuded of vegetation 100ft.

Thinking of picking up my first property in western MA soon.

@Kerry Hermann We got our start in the western Chicago suburbs as well but are now totally focussed on The Shoals.

I usually do not work with New Western; I have found the PP is too high and the ARV's are always inflated.

So we are familiar with the north GA, western NC area.My wife's aunt and uncle are selling their house in Franklin, NC.

Most of my family is still in western NY.
