I do TONS of deals like these so I'm not a keyboard warrior like you insinuate.

I was almost about to join his warrior program but decided against it because of the guy who was super rude and arrogant.  

It is truly unfortunate, because with a Road warrior background, I am certain that I could have made a significant financial impact that would have been beneficial for all parties involved!

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing in wintertime, basketball all other times and having fun with friends and family all aboard this crazy ride.
