Vacation Rental on Topsail Island, NC This coastal getaway is my first vacation rental.

There are other beaches not too far (topsail, surf city, ocean isle), but in my opinion most of the vacation traffic goes through Carolina beach and Wrightsville.

I purchased in March a condo in Topsail Island, NC with owner financing which is not quite paying for itself, but was on my bucket list to own a condo on the ocean (in this case almost in the ocean :) .

Topsail Island, NC.  

We want to start with making our current home a short term rental, and then get another condo unit on Topsail Island on North Carolina coast--which we use part time and as a short term rental.

I'm in the Topsail area between Jacksonville and Wilmington, NC.

Anyone out there who’s a realtor and knows the sneads ferry/ surf city/ topsail beach area ?  

I live in Richlands, NC very close to Camp Lejeune and a short drive to Topsail beach.

I have a short term rental on Topsail island in NC and also a mountain house up in the NC mountains near Boone.
