I did a google search after watching the film and apparently BBC journalists have been smuggling out information on a genocide there for some time, but it's been widely unreported as yet.

I've met more of these guys than I have guys who claimed they were (FBI, CIA, Treasury Department, "other" Justice Department) but would tell "just me" in this bar how they had the goods on Bill Clinton (notice I didn't put him on this list, sorry, PROFESSIONALS ONLY, no amateurs) for having (1) run the biggest coke smuggling ring in the US, (2) personally murdered Foster, (3) provided the gun that murdered Foster.

My spidey senses smelled BS at this stage - very likely a plan to smuggle the dog in, which would mean the condo corp would take action against us as landlords, and we would in turn have to evict the tenant, a 3-4 month process during which we might get no rent and would have to pay lawyers some $1,000.
