I'm currently listed for short term rentals and am starting to get a few bookings into April and May...would hate to cancel BUT would take MTR as preference.

I would prefer something I can buy once - software subscriptions are a nuisance.Something that automatically downloads transactions from my online banking portal and that can be used to easily categorize expenses for financial statements would be excellent.Thanks,KevinHi, Kevin.

I always prefer to use a CPA who works with other investors and Realtors such as myself.

Our strategy is to buy out of shape properties and rehab them back into shape, so a GC with experience in doing extensive renovations at once would be preferred.

I have seen a few apps mentioned, but I prefer to use excel and log everything that way. 

I felt that the various service providers gave me preferred service having been introduced through RTR, and I had great experiences with everyone they recommended.Most importantly, I felt that I could trust my Matthew Seyoum, my Investment Strategist, to represent my best interests without any conflict of interest, and to provide sound advice after understanding my goals and needs.Time will tell how the investment itself plays out, but so far I’m happy with RTR’s service and look forward continuing the relationship.P.S.

Free events or groups are preferred, as I feel the connections made are more genuine, but I am open to anything. 

I am a realtor and wholesaler, and I get some buyers looking for owner financing, some sellers need/prefer getting cashed out and there are some lenders I work with who can provide the financing however they run out of funds sometimes.

I am aware of companies like Pad Split, but would prefer to have a more traditional company overseeing the day to day since I am out of state the majority of the year.

Definitely a personal preference.
