Are you promoting some sort of mastermind and using that to get investors to join your class?

I also run a mastermind on residential assisted living.

If so, I'd 1) join a real estate investing mastermind that focuses on your asset class of choice (multifamily, industrial, storage, etc.) and learn as much as I could - it's worth the $10k-$20k in both knowledge and connections.

The objective is to upsell to a master mind program or the artificial intelligence datasets, which also have zero response rate.

I am looking to join a mastermind group.

Thankfully, there are many mastermind groups out there that all you to utilize other people's experiences.

I got to know your brother Kent a little bit while we were in the Avengers Mastermind Group together with Dan Fleyshman, Tarek El Moussa, Cole Hatter, Kris Krohn, and Cody Sperber.

I don’t feel the need to explain myself, or promote his program, but I will say that I have learned tremendously what would have been difficult for me in another community. 3k is nothing compared to other mastermind groups.
