I see the rat race as like being a hamster on its hamster wheel, going a million miles a minute but getting no where.

But if nothing comes up, all the extra payments toward the principle shield you from that interest, meaning as you pay down, your monthly cashflow grows.With a mortgage the only way to grow cash flow is to pay the thing off or restart the hamster wheel.

At your age, I had very similar thoughts but unfortunately put them to the side and jumped on the hamster wheel of life for almost 15 years.

Is this process landlord friendly or a hamster-wheel?

I had done about 40 full rehab's and I always wanted to scale my business but what I found was that I was on an endless "Hamster Wheel" and I  knew I had to do something to break this cycle.

Even hamsters can qualify,Third, the animal must be able to provide the specific service or support that the person with the disability needs, in relation to their disability.The sad reality is that almost anyone these days can claim they have a disability and probably get someone to vouch for it.
