Yes, you will get blocked if you try to use a single zip code for a real estate ad - it has to be a radius and has been that way for quite a while now.

I do know that as your list grows, you might want to look at a campaign manager - regular email providers eventually think that large mailouts look like spam and they get blocked if they suspect thats the case.Campaign managers like Mailchimp and Constant Contact for example, allow larger mail-outs without that risk.

If you try to encourage your RVshare (75% payout) customers to use Outdoorsy (80% payout) then you can get blocked.

I also get Block Real Estate's annual real estate market reports and review those.

If it's the property or the shares, you may get blocked by the original lender on the deal, who does not want any other debt on the property.  

For some reason some dates get blocked even when the other listing is not. 

(For us the text blasts go out to existing clients) REIBB has a simple process for registering the numbers with the major carriers so our texts do not get blocked.

Their buyers will certainly do their own DD and check said numbers but I will say for a fact that a wholesaler sending me deals with numbers far off do not ever get taken seriously in the future and often get blocked from my email.
