I stayed at a deluxe resort in Mexico and they had heavy construction going on next door for the entire duration of my stay.

However, people do sometimes go overboard and spend too much money on deluxe kitchens elements that simply don’t belong in the house or in the neighborhood.

Get Quicken "Deluxe" 2013 to 2016 (one of those Deluxe versions, and Use Turbo Tax Premier Home and Rental Property at tax time), cheap 1 time expense and no recurring monthly fee. 

If there is a deluxe place across the street, then you probably have to charge less.You have to remember to empty the coin deposits, as they can accumulate faster than you think.
