I'm just trying to decide if the home is worth fixing and renting or do I just cut my losses and tear it down and use the property for other purposes.

The fix-and-flip game is always changing, and what worked a few years ago doesn’t always cut it today.

I’m pretty sure if your eyes go straight to an air vent, that is bad design 😂 That certainly could have been cropped!

@Makani Donaldson as a PMC, can tell you that trying to go around a PMC and "Cut out the middle man" to get to the owner will just make your name mud in your area.Who's going to trust you?
