I wonder what these responses would look like in a cooler market with more reasonable prices?

If I was booking a vacation I'd be on to the next listing pretty quick I don't see anything particularly unique or cooler about this property that would make me want to stay there over anything else.

We also have an ice machine in a beach market to make sure the cooler is always ready.  

Reno is nice that it is that little bit cooler but not so cold like Idaho.

The HOA has to do reporting and there are some legal ins and outs that the person at the HOA management company is not so, how do I say, genius at fulfilling.https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condo1.cfm 

The units won't have HVAC system due to the cooler climate but because of the tightness of the home i.e <3 ACH, I actually need an ERV so I don't kill my tenants due to C02 or VOC poisoning.The problem is ERV filters need to be replaced every 3 months for all 4 or 5 units.

I have no idea what the outside temperatures are (ie it is really hot out or cooler) and is she doing things to help keep the house cool?
