After reading these messages I requested a refund just in time to meet their 3 business day %100 refund after sign up. 

When I’m listing agent, I ensure EMD is received per contract (usually 2 business days) with confirmation from escrow agent.

They had the appraisal for almost four weeks but told me I had two business days to make repairs and get it reinspected. 

I am “ ^-ing^ “ that element in the quote below:“Within fourteen (business) days… after termination of the tenancy and delivery of possession ^and demand by the tenant^ the landlord shall provide the tenant an itemized list of all deductions together with the amount due and payable to the tenant, if any.”

You have to give them 3 business days. 3-6 days2.

I've requested a few small cash outs to my bank.  2% fee, all done through the app, and funds always in my checking account the next business day. 

To 10 business days; can finance the rehab.

They tenant pays $1.95 processing fee, you get your rent sent to your bank account around 5 business days from payment

Dealing with this now... 3 business days without a response.

I signed up for the workshop also, but it's too late the cancel (3 business day window policy to cancel).
