Don't get discouraged as things move slowly on your first few bu & hold deals.

I work for a company that promotes Real Estate, Bu in of myself I don't know much about the business.

Would it not be a good idea to take some of the money left over from a refi or HELOC after buying my next investment property and saving a little, and then taking about 5K and buing mutual funds.

[/b][/u]Once they buy the home from you, have them sign a property management agreement with you, where you will manage their property for $50/month to just do advertising and documents (no landscaping maintenance, etc.).

Only bu paying more in principal to lower the UPB will you change the amount of interest to be paid.
