i do know one female investor in beach areas of Orange County that sometimes chooses to add ADU on her flips and does well, but she is not hands off and is selective where she adds the ADUs.  

I know a couple of female real estate agents that may not have been raped and murdered if they had just pack a little 380 auto in their purses.

This can also have to do with the location, but especially for female tenants, I have noticed the parents are very plugged in and they want to know everything about where their kids are staying, who they are dealing with on a regular basis...and so on.  

I saw he was doing the deal and owned a title company.. not to be racist at all.. but you dont see many Asian sure names in title and escrow first.. nothing added up I told them total fruad send no money..

I've posted that I prefer female housemates (zillow, hotpads, and roomies allow for this) so I assume I can deny someone for being male if that's not what I want and clearly state this in my reply to them?
