Getting the lower unit separately metered seems like a pain.

All of a sudden, you bought a painful, costly experience.

I think my main pain point is underwriting the property as it is and then seeing what it could be and then making decisions on if it's worth and how those decisions are made.  

I have a PO Box that i used for that purpose and any other business mail but since converting to ACH i am not sure when its the last time I went by the post office.  

Hip replacement is painful.

I mean, he probably wouldn't describe it that way, but that's what he was doing.It takes time to grow organically, and it is frustrating and painful at times.

I do agree that I think they're having growing pains, but unfortunately that isn't the kind of thing I can afford to just accept when I'm choosing a company to go with.
