It's like having a helper that makes sure you’re thorough and following the law, which can make your job a lot easier.It's cool to see someone who really cares about doing things right.

If I were you, I'd either find another company, or get a trailer and a helper and go pick them up yourself at Lowes or Home Depot.

Sellers agents will have to change their method of operation.Beginner buyers will probably end up with some sort of buyers/agent helper or whatever that morphs into.  

I have been aggressively trying to hire a helper for the past 3 years with no luck.

Put out signs and lockboxes for realtors.Cold call for a realtor or investor.Create a handyman or property preservation business.Become a notary, so you can close real estate transactions.Go to work for a courthouse data service, so you're looking at and recording the posted data for them.Work for an apartment complex leasing apartments or doing maintenance.Work for a property manager doing make ready.Do anything and everything in construction.Become a home inspector willing to work weekends.Work as a sales rep or helper for a builder.Probably all these positions could use someone that wants to work nights and weekends.

I was there with some helpers to help on the move stayed far away. 

If you're in this for the long-term, then time is by far your biggest helper.

So, I drove from Los Angeles to Idaho and painted a 1600 sq ft 4 bedroom 1-story house two coats of paint including the ceilings with 1 helper in two days.

I'm a helper at heart and a total newbie...I've been talking with a gentleman that has a rental property I'm interested in for buy/hold.
