@Christian Rodriguez  Typically there aren't any restrictions on how you want to use your cash once the Heloc has closed. 

You can also try building your own website and get very good at seo or ppc in order for the homeowners to reach out to you. 

There is one upstairs apartment that can be turned into a str.
