My advice would be if I was to invest in MS gulf coast (which in the future I do plan on) I would invest in Biloxi (where all the casinos are, minor league baseball team, two of the largest car shows in the nation are held, and huge spot for MS schools and college spring break).

Give this a shot, and you may get answers :) Your goals and story: What are you trying to accomplish, how are you trying to accomplish it, and what hurdles (if any) have you faced.Type of property: Single family home, manufactured home, RV/trailer, multi-family (specify unit count), mixed use (specify resi v commercial unit counts and approximate square footage distribution between the two), hotel, casino, mobile home park, other (specify).Location of property: State at a minimum, county better, city would be nice, zip code if you're comfy sharing.

Casinos spending millions to expand.

It takes to much time to try and figure everything out, and there’s always more. 15 years in business and my clients are thrilled with my work.

You can actually lose when you gamble despite what some casinos would have you believe......    :-)I would never tell anyone to buy anything that didn't cash flow.

I want to start investing in RE but my wife isn't so thrilled. 

Everett is a good option too and there I'd focus on this small little neighborhood that's close to the casino and right near nightshift brewing.

Bathroom will be a selling point if you go with the vintage-farmhouse look and I personally would be thrilled to have a big ol tub to soak in.... :-)  You could also apply a frosting or privacy film to the bottom half of windows, so that the renter doesnt have to have a textile covering (which harbors mold and bacteria, not good in bath).  

There are plenty of RE agencies on that side of town that I bet would be thrilled to sponsor investor meetings.
