I know you’re going to get a gamut of experiences from different people, so I just wanted to give you mine, since it was not a positive experience whatsoever.

I've been searching for parking lots on high-traffic streets and thoroughfares and although I have found many and contacted the owners and/ or property managers of these properties, I've had a ton of trouble getting any property managers or owners to show any interest whatsoever.

The two guys quoted didn't add too much.If there is very little opposition it could also mean that despite what is written it might not have real teeth.

The only person who did any attacking or talking down to anyone in this thread was you when you randomly made a kind of a serious accusation against someone who wasnt even interacting with you in any way whatsoever. 

No experience in the game whatsoever.

Just how the hell we've gotten this deep in the thread and none of the people who have replied to you have given that any consideration whatsoever except for @Greg Scott is completely, utterly beyond me.

So "not really" gets my vote unless there is something with teeth backing up the materials and workmanship.

Fraud will always catch up to you, but using loopholes is not fraud - it's just playing the game by the rules.The way I've heard this intent clause talked about, it seems pretty toothless if you can just decide you no longer want to live in the property for the predetermined period of time with no consequences whatsoever, so I was just looking to see if this was another one of the legal loopholes that people can use.
